HOW TO PLAYHere’s how to participate
To make it fair for all participants, we’ll assign each creator to a group based on their sales in the last 30 days. Creators will compete in their groups to get the most sales during each round. There will be two winners announced at the end of each round; one from Group 1 and one from Group 2. For official rules click


There will be four rounds hosted from May 9th through June 5th (the contest period). Earn bonus points by driving sales for new product launches. Each round winner will receive $500 and we’ll announce winners via email and social every week. If you win, we’ll contact you directly.


So everyone has an equal chance of winning every week, everyone’s sales count will reset to 0 at the start of each round.

Official Rules of the Spring Challenge Contest
YOU DO NOT NEED TO BUY ANYTHING YOURSELF IN ORDER TO ENTER OR WIN. YOUR PURCHASES WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. WINNERS ARE DETERMINED ENTIRELY BY SALES TO BUYERS, SUBJECT TO THE RULES AND CONDITIONS BELOW.
- SPONSOR: Teespring, Inc., 2430 3rd Street, San Francisco, California 94107 (“Spring” or “Sponsor”).
- ELIGIBILITY: The Spring Challenge Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to Spring Creators (“Creators”) who sign up using their Spring email account, who are legal residents of the United States, the District of Columbia, Canada (excluding residents of Quebec), the United Kingdom, or Australia and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry (individually “you”, collectively, “Entrants”). All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Employees of Spring or its affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, or electronic media firms, or the immediate family of these employees, are not eligible. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Contest. By participating, you further agree to permit Spring to use your name, social media handle(s), likeness, and number of units sold, for purposes of running and promoting the contest, unless prohibited by law.
- TO ENTER: The Contest consists of four separate rounds (each a “Round” and collectively the “Contest Period):
Round 1: The first round begins at _12:00_ AM on May 9, 2022 and ends at _23:59_PM on, May 15, 2022 (“Round 1”);
Round 2: The second round begins at 12:00_ AM on May 16, 2022 and ends at _23:59_PM on May 22, 2022 (“Round 2”);
Round 3: The third round begins at 12:00_ AM on May 23, 2022 and ends at _23:59_PM on May 29, 2022 (“Round 3”);
Round 4: The fourth round begins at 12:00_ AM on May 30, 2022 and ends at _23:59_PM on June 5, 2022 (“Round 4”);
All time references in the Official Rules are to Eastern Time. Only product purchases made (and paid for) during the Round in which you signed up and any Round following your sign up date, from listings within your Spring account, will count as sales under this Contest. Sales generated via the Spring Boosted Network or credited to the accounts of any other Creators will not count towards Entrants’ sales.
- TO PARTICIPATE: Entrants must comply with the following Contest rules:
- Sign up to participate in the Contest using the Spring email address associated with your account;
- Create a product listing. There is no limit to how many listings you may initiate, but all listings must be implemented through one Spring account. Sales made under separate or multiple accounts will not be combined.;
- Comply with the Sprint Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and all other platform rules.
- Sell products at or above any applicable minimum sale price requirement. Units sold below the minimum sale price (including coupon/discount sales) will not be counted for the purposes of this Contest;
- Do not purchase from your own listing(s). Units bought by you within your own listings will not be counted for the purposes of this Contest;
- Sample orders will not be counted for the purposes of this Contest.
- Orders from buyers that are returned or canceled will not be counted for the purposes of this Contest.
- Order made prior to the date you sign up for the Contest will not be counted for the purposes of this Contest
- WINNING:
Entrants will be split by Spring into two groups based on the number of units sold via Spring in the month of April, 2022. Group 1 will consist of all Entrants who sold 100 or more units via Spring in the month of April, 2022. Group 2 will consist of all Entrants who sold less than 100 units via Spring in the month of April, 2022.
On or about one day after the end of each Round, one (1) winner from Group 1 and one (1) winner from Group 2 will be determined for that Round by generating more Points in that Round as compared to other Entrants in the Group. Points can be generated as follows:
- one point for each eligible product sale by Entrant during the Round;
- one additional bonus point for each eligible sale from a listing first launched within the Contest Period by Entrant.
Decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding on all Entrants. Limit of one prize per Entrant during the entire Contest Period(if an Entrant has won in any Round, they are ineligible to win in any subsequent Round). In the event of a tie, the winning Entrant who generated the highest cumulative gross revenue from eligible orders will be declared the winner. Winners will be notified by email and may be required to confirm their Eligibility within three (3) business days of the date on the notification or an alternate winner may be selected.
- PRIZES: The prizes to be awarded are:

All prizes will be awarded unless the Contest is canceled before the end of the Contest Period. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received during the Contest Period and the number of units sold by each Entrant. If by reason of a printing, typographical, or other error, more prizes are awarded or claimed than the number stated in these Official Rules, all persons having a valid claim to the prize will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded, per category or in total.
Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions are allowed, except at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. If a winner does not accept or receive the entire prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation with respect to that prize or portion of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any inability of any winner to accept or use any prize (or portion thereof) for any reason. Sponsor will not replace any lost, damaged or stolen prize.
- TAXES: Winners are responsible for taxes due, and for any expenses not expressly included in the prize description.
- RELEASE: By participating in this Contest, Entrants hereby waive and release, and agree to hold harmless the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, electronic media firms, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (the “Sponsor Parties”), from and against any and all rights, claims and causes of action whatsoever that the Entrants may have, or which may arise, against any of the Sponsor Parties for any liability for any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, including but not limited to any injury, loss, damage, whether direct, compensatory, incidental or consequential, to person, including death and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the Entrants’ participation in the Contest, or participation in any Contest or prize related activity, or any travel related to the Contest, or any travel for any prize related activity, or the Entrants’ acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize. The Sponsor Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged or incomplete entries or Internet, technical, hardware, software, telephone, or transmission failures of any kind, which may limit a person's ability to enter the Contest or have certain sales credited to Entrant’s account. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any injury or damage to Entrants' or any other person's computer related to or resulting from entering or downloading any materials in the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Contest should a computer virus, unauthorized intervention or other cause corrupt the integrity or proper conduct of the promotion or if Sponsor otherwise becomes incapable of running the Contest as planned (all as determined in Sponsor’s discretion). Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or any law, rule or regulation in connection with the Contest, disrupts or tampers with the operation of the Contest or engages in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Sponsor or any other entrant (all as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion).
- PRIVACY: Sponsor respects the privacy of its Creators. The information provided by Entrants to register for the Contest shall be used (in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy) only for communication about the Contest, and/or other services of the Sponsor. For information about how we use personal information, please see our Privacy Policy.
- GOVERNING LAW:By participating in this promotion each entrant agrees that all issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of California and that Sponsor’s interpretation and application of these rules is final and binding on all Entrants.
- WINNER’S LIST; RULES REEXPRESS. For a copy of the winners list of the Contest, send either an email to legal@spri.ng or a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Sponsor at the above address, ATTN: Winner’s List, within 6 months after this Contest ends.
- RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE CONTEST. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or declare the Contest null and void and rescind any prize if, in its sole discretion, the rules or the integrity of the Contest have been violated or compromised in any way, intentionally or unintentionally by any person whether or not an entrant in the Contest.
